Early Start CT programs help prepare children for school. Early Start CT offers quality early childhood programs that are accessible and affordable. A variety of activities are designed to meet the needs of individual children, support parents and meet the needs of working families. Families pay based on a sliding fee scale. All Early Start CT programs meet Office of Early Childhood criteria on staff credentials, NAEYC accreditation and program quality.
